The Lean Team is here to answer any burning questions you may have on fitness, nutrition or health! These are just some of the questions we have been asked by some of our clients. If we haven't covered a question you have, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

I have a medical condition / I am recovering from an injury can I train and do the nutritional plan?

 

Anyone starting to look at a lifestyle change and considering physical exercise and nutritional diet plans should consult their GP first, especially with a medical condition.

I have tried many different diet plans and failed; will this work for me?

 

The Lean Team nutritional plans are provided after a dedicated one-to-one client assessment. A bespoke balanced diet plan is then produced for each individual client. Plans are based on 3 healthy meals a day, where we teach you to break bad habits and eat healthier. The diet plan will make you feel good about yourself!

Can I drink alcohol whilst on the plan?

 

It is your choice as to whether you still drink or not, but it would be more beneficial if you didn’t! If you continue to drink all the time then things will never change, but if you are sensible and drink on occasions then you will still transform.

How many litres of water should I drink in a day?

 

Water is one of the most important things for your body to have if you want it to work well, and properly digest all of your foods.

·         It’s super important, and is directly related to working out and the food you eat.

·         To make sure you have enough water, we suggest you drink at least 3L per day.

 

I’m quite fussy in what I eat; will this plan work for me?

 

The team will go through the diet plan with you and anything that you really do not want to eat, I am sure a substitute can be found. We have not had a client yet who could not complete the diet plans. 

I only want to tone up and not lose weight is this possible?

 

Yes we can build a bespoke plan based on healthy eating and exercise, where you do not lose drastic weight loss. If you are overweight, then by putting a healthier lifestyle in place, you will lose weight. If you are not overweight, you will tone up and feel much better and healthier. 

Can I just exercise but drink and eat the same?

 

No, if you truly want to transform yourself, then 80 percent of it will come down to your nutritional diet also.

What type of fitness plans do you offer?

 

The Lean Team will tailor a plan to each individual clients needs! You can sign for four, eight & twelve week programmes.

What happens after 12 weeks?

 

You can resign up with a detailed plan, resign up for the same plan or decide not to resign up. I recommend people continue with a fitness and health goal, as it really is a ‘way of life’.
